【Job Description】
- Responsible for project management and client coordination after initial order receipt
- Sell solutions for the company's HR system
- Explain and propose solutions to various issues related to the organization and personnel for sustainable development
- Main customers are Japanese companies (mostly senior executives), and this position will be in charge of Thai Excective of the clients
- Collaborate with the Field Sales team to translate and present project proposals to Thai General Managers
- Lead and manage project execution as the primary point of contact once the project commences
- Develop logical project plans and maintain high-quality communication between stakeholders
⎼ Support the transition of the Thailand office toward localized operations under the regional expansion strategy
- Other related tasks as assigned
【Qualification】
- Age: 28-35
- Japanese & English : Intermediate - Business (JLPT N2 or above)
- Sales experience of intangible products at a Japanese company
