【Job Description】
- Manage 12 staffs who support our security operation service.
- Check daily status for cases staffs are handling.
- Ensure all cases are handled within SLA and good service quality.
- Communicate with customers and clarify issues on customers' environment.
- Communicate with security product vendor and find the solutions for customers' issues.

【Qualification】
- Male/Female Age 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of expereince.
- Have security operation and/or IT operation expericence more than 5 years.
- Have Comptia Security+ CCISP, CCSP Certificates
- Experience on EPP such as Trend Micro Apex One and Deep Security.
- Experience on EDR such as Tanium, CrowdStrike, etc.
- Experience on vulnerbility scanning, patch managemet, and compliance management tools.
- More than 3 years experience for information security.
- Good communication in English
- Good management skill

- Good logical thinking and Initiative.
- Work with under pressure
