【Job Description】
- Support, cooperate, translate, and communicate between Japanese and all Thai members and clients.
- Provide interpretation services between Japanese and Thai for meetings, conferences, and daily communications.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings both internally and externally, preparing agendas, attending meetings, taking minutes,
and coordinating other matters relevant to the meeting for reporting progress to management
- Assist in the preparation and translation of reports, presentations, and other business documents various assigned documents such
as meeting documents, training materials, catalogues and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and clarity (English translation is additional
required).
- Stay updated on industry-specific terminology to ensure accurate interpretation.
【Qualification】
- Male or Female (28-40) and must maintain good physical health at all times
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or another relevant field
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, Administrative tasks, and Shipping arrangement
(Production, Sales and inventory will be advantage)
- Have good knowledge in Incoterm, inventory, work well with team, customer or another department are concerned
- Proficiency written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (N2 & N3) and English (Business Level)
- Proven experience in a Sales support or Administrative role, preferably within a Sales or customer service environment.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with pivot and vlook up and basic IT skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities and willingness to go above and beyond to support the sales team and achieve
sales targets.
- Energetic and highly responsible, with a proactive approach to tasks
- A quick learner with a strong work ethic who excels under pressure to meet deadlines, equipped with excellent schedule
management and organizational skills.
