【Job Description】
- Oversee all day to day/monthly deliverables of terminal operations, including receiving, storage, handling, equipment maintenance, and distribution of sulfuric acid/chemicals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, security and regulatory requirements for Terminal operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for terminal operations and ensure adherence.
- Monitor and maintain terminal equipment and infrastructure ensuring zero incidents through utilization of the Company’s preventative maintenance program.
- Conduct regular safety meetings, training sessions for terminal personnel.
- Provide leadership and guidance to NFC’s terminal employees, fostering a positive productive work environmental.
- Promote a strong safety culture among NFC’s the terminal staff through training, communications and leading by examples.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers/customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with Sulfuric Acid Distribution team to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
- Manage Terminal budget.
- Management of capital projects in alignment with the Company’s GM.
- Ensure all documentation requirements for Terminal Operations is maintained and updated.
- Other duties as assigned.

【Qualification】
- Male or Female
- Age 30 - 45 years old
- Have experience over 7 years of Tank Terminal operations
- Have experience with Sulfuric Acid
- Leadership skill
- Solid understanding of terminal operations, logistics and supply chain management.
- Proven Terminal Operations Experience
- Solids organizational/multitasking skills
- Experienced in Hazardous Chemical Operations and Equipment
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Good command of English skills (Business Level)
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance and industry best practices related to sulfuric acid (Chemical) handling, storage and shipment.
