【Job Description】
- Order Processing: Review customer purchase orders and input data into the internal system. Ensure accurate entry of quantity, delivery date, price, etc.
- Material Purchasing: Place purchase orders with suppliers, taking stock levels into consideration.
- Delivery Management: Monitor the production and shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with customers and factories in case of potential delays.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Shipment Coordination: Arrange logistics, including communication with delivery companies and preparation of shipping instructions.
- Sales & Procurement Entries: Record sales after delivery and process purchase data for accounting purposes.
- Claim Handling: Respond to issues such as delivery delays or shipment errors.
- Any other related jobs

【Qualification】
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Delivery Control role at a PCB assembly company or electronics-related trading company.
- Knowledge of international trade operations.
- Business-level English proficiency (both spoken and written).
