【Job Description】
- Supplier quality audits and process evaluations
- Handling defects and troubleshooting in the molding process
- Analysis and reporting of quality data
- Optimization and standardization of molding conditions
- Establishing inspection criteria and testing processes for products
- Promoting continuous improvement activities
- Providing technical support and training to suppliers

【Qualification】
Work Experience
- Over 5 years of experience in molding processes (e.g., injection molding, blow molding, compression molding)
- Proven experience in analyzing and resolving molding defects (e.g., burrs, deformation, air bubbles, dimensional errors)

Process Improvement Skills
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting (e.g., stabilizing processes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence of defects)
- Track record of continuous improvement activities using the PDCA cycle

Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Experience in supplier negotiations (e.g., quality improvement requests, audit responses)
- Experience in providing technical guidance and training to team members and suppliers
- Business-level English proficiency for communicating with overseas suppliers
- Global work experience, including readiness for international business travel

IT Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and creating reports using Excel and PowerPoint
