【Job Description】
Flight Reservations & Ticketing
- Utilize Amadeus or Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System) for making flight reservations, issuing tickets, and managing bookings.
- Handle complex travel itineraries and provide high-quality customer service for all travel-related inquiries.

BSP Reporting:
- Manage the Bank Settlement Plan (BSP) processes, ensuring all airline ticket sales and payments are accurately reported.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile BSP reports to ensure compliance with airline regulations and company policies.
- Ensure timely submission of BSP reports, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with airlines or BSP authorities as needed.
- Administrative Support:
- Keep accurate records of all transactions and communications related to travel bookings.
- Monitor travel trends, airline policies, and travel regulations to ensure up-to-date knowledge in servicing clients.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate reconciliation between BSP reports and financial statements.
- Assist with other travel-related duties as required by the company.-

【Qualification】
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel agent with expertise in Amadeus** or Sabre GDS systems.
- Strong experience in BSP (Bank Settlement Plan), including report preparation and reconciliation.
- Solid knowledge of airline ticketing, reservations, and travel itineraries.
- High proficiency in BSP processes, including report generation and troubleshooting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant travel or tourism-related qualifications or certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of IATA regulations is an advantage.
