【Job Description】
- Supporting daily activity of Managing Director (company car, apartment etc.)
- Supporting recruitment activities for new staffs
- Create / review overall necessary rules at the time of company establishment
+ Working calendar
+ Welfare program for staffs etc.
- Selection and purchase of furniture / equipment for company start-up
- Managing and purchasing daily necessities
- Support for various contracts
+ Telephone / Mobile phones / Internet
+ Electricity / Water supply
+ Water Server etc.
- Work / communicate with Logistic and Accounting Assistant for daily operation.
- Overall Human Resource (HR) function will be covered in the future
- 5S for all office area
(Most of the initial activities are carried out together with the Managing Director(MD) )
【Qualification】
■MUST
- Need Administration / General affairs experience at least more than 5 years.
■GOOD TO HAVE
- Working experience at Production Industries
■COMPETENCIES/PERSONALITY
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
- Basic use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook etc.).
- Highly sociable
- Good communication skill
- Gentle, Intellectual and split of hospitality
