【Job Description】
- Assist senior lawyers in completing various legal service tasks to meet clients' legal service needs.
- Assist in the translation and update of laws and regulations and legal documents.
- Other tasks assigned by the law firm from time to time.

【Qualification】
- Male or Female, age 25 - 35 years.
- Bachelor's degree or up up in Law.
- Must speak English fluently and if can speak Chinese will be advantage.
- Have law license
- Have experience working in Lawyer over 1 years (this condition can be relaxed for those with outstanding abilities).
- Proficient in the provisions of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, Foreign Business, Labor Act and
other laws and regulations, as well as the regulatory policies of government departments such as the Board of
Investment (BOI) and the Industrial Estates Authority of Thailand (IEAT), capable of helping foreign clients
understand and comply with these laws when establishing or expanding their business in Thailand, including proposing practical legal solutions.
- Familiar with the company's legal service affairs, including company registration, equity structure design, FBL/FBC application, land and property purchase, construction and operation permits, legal due diligence, business compliance, labor and employment compliance and other compliance legal services.
- More than one years of working experience(this condition can be relaxed for those with outstanding abilities).
