【Job Description】
- Analyze and optimize the film manufacturing process to improve quality, efficiency, and reduce production costs.
- Develop production plans based on market demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality control, and procurement, to improve production processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage raw material and equipment requirements to support smooth production operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Track production performance metrics (e.g., yield, downtime, throughput) and report regularly on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all production activities.
- Supervise and train production staff on best practices, technical skills, and safety procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, proposing corrective actions and solutions.
- Coordinate with Japanese Manager to align production processes and standards with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Support design jigs, tools, and molds for metal pressing and film manufacturing in 2D

【Qualification】
-Engineering experience (preferably film processing or press processing)
-Able to undergo training in Japan (6 months to 1 year)
-Age is expected to be up to 40 years old
-Ability to operate CAD (AutoCAD)
-Knowledge of mold structure, metal pressing, film tape pressing
-Electrical knowledge
-Experience in designing jigs, tools, molds, etc.
-Ability to speak English and Japanese will be an advantage
