【Job Description】
- Design & Develop vehicle’s wire harness to achieve customer’s project deliverables by usingcustomer authorized Technical standards, Tools, and Procedures.
- Planning jobs assigned by supervisor, executing jobs in respect timing with high accountability, consulting to supervisor if any concerns or supports needed, having a regularly review & report jobs progress as well as its results to supervisor.
- Participating Resident Engineering (RE) activity, GENBA at customer & internal sites to confirm actual parts regard to designed conditions (as necessary)
- Participating Projects regular meeting with customer’s wire harness design group.
- Responding to designed unclear point issued by manufacturing sides.
- Flexibly and willing to support in balancing workloads of team.

【Qualification】
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics, automotive field is preferred)
- Male, Aged 23-27
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field (Experienced in Design and Development of Automotive wire harness would be advantage)
- Knowledge of basic electrical systems and its function inside vehicle.
- Able to use CATIA, CAD, CD/HD, UGNX, Capital XC/Logic programs would be advantage.
- Good command in English, Japanese JLPT N4 or higher
- Good interpersonal skill, teamwork skill, have social manner (very important because have to deal with customers), well-organized, punctual, and have problem-solving skill
- Can work hard and work under pressure
- Must be able to drive to work.
