【Job Description】
- Oversea and manage all HR-related operations
- Verify payroll calculations (payroll processing will be outsourced)
- Plan and implement internal systems and policies
- Handle tasks related to public services, including BOI, Social Security Office, and Labor Department
- Manage visa and work permit processes for expatriates and business travelers

【Qualification】
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1-N2 or higher (* 1st priority)
- At least 3 years of experience in HR management
- Understanding of Japanese corporate culture and the ability to take a management perspective
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong personality with flexibility
- Problem-solving abilities

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Salary : Base salary 60,000–100,000 THB (negotiable based on skills and experience)
- Position Allowance: 8,000 THB (after probation)
- Housing Allowance: 1,500 THB
- Living Allowance: 2,200 THB
- Health insurance, medical expense support
- Provident fund
- Salary Increases: Once a year in January (based on performance and economic conditions; typically 3–5%)
- Bonuses: Once a year in December (based on performance; typically 3–6 months’ salary)

【Working Hours】
8:00 - 17:00
Mon - Friday (from January to April, Every other Saturday)
Annual Holidays: 118 days
