【Job Description】
Report Line: Japanese MD or/and Manager
- Preparing sales documents quotation, invoice, delivery note, biling note and receipt.
- Preparing RFQ to supplier, PR and PO.
- Follow up delivery schedules, claim issue and maintaing sales records and databases.
- Facilitating communication between the sales, engineer, clients and other departments.
- Support engineer OT calculation base or service report.
- Coordiate with suppliers, couriers, forwarders for import-export and others departments.
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Manage the office related issue, follow instruction from boss, keep records and reports up to date
- Provides office support to either an individual or team and is vital for the smooth-running of a business. Support Japanese and stalf
in terms of booking hotel, golf, airline tickets, rental car, etc.

【Qualification】
- Female, Thai Nationality
- Age: 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years experience in related tasks with Japanese Company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, High responsibility, Active and Service Minded.
- Can work under pressure, Patient and Trustworthy.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Good command of English
- Hard working and can work on board/holiday/late work
- Can start working immediately is advantage.
