【Job Description】
-Manage customer expectations and act as the interface between operations and customers to resolve issues.
-Follow up on customer requests and issues, providing timely responses to ensure high satisfaction.
-Implement and manage an effective escalation plan for customers.
-Coordinate with all levels within the company to maintain customer service standards.
-Liaise with customers regarding order processing and delivery arrangements.
-Support the sales team with order processing functions.
-Assist the sales team in handling customer visits.
-Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with operations staff to ensure on-time deliveries.
-Maintain regular contact and rapport to understand and anticipate customer requirements.
-Establish and maintain operational control procedures for individual customers.

【Qualification】
-Female only
-Minimum 0-1 years of work experience
-Bachelor's degree in a related field
-Proficient in English communication
-Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of import & export is an advantage
