QA/QC Manager (Japanese speaking)

【Job Description】
 Establish and oversee the quality assurance and quality control systems in the production process
 Analyze quality issues, develop preventive measures and improvement plans
 Coordinate quality-related matters with suppliers/customers, including the Japanese headquarters
 Manage and supervise the QA/QC team to comply with defined standards
 Report directly to Japanese management
 Prepare quality-related documents such as 8D Report, Control Plan, FMEA, etc.
 Participate in meetings and communicate with the Japanese headquarters or customers in
Japanese
 Other tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
 Male/Female, age not over 40 yeas old
 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields
 Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in the automotive industry, or at least 8 years in the general
manufacturing industry (management experience is a plus)
 Knowledge of quality systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
 Able to use measuring and testing instruments
 Capable of providing training and instruction
 Proficient in Japanese (JLPT certificate is a plus)
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
