【Job Description】
- Hold weekly meetings to support sales and delivery management
- Handling delivery management and data to place order to suppliers and managing the delivery to customers.
- Adjust and negotiate with supplier and customer about delivery schedule
- Support sales and marketing activities with suppliers
- Maintain and expand customer base; build and maintain rapport with key customers; identify and develop new customer opportunities.
- Visiting customers and communicating with customers about their production plan, demand, delivery and promoting the product on our line.
- Communicating with affiliates in Japan to share transferred business information.
- Other related tasks as required
【Qualification】
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
*Supplier is in Japan. Need contact to Japan*
- Good command of English
- Work experience at least 1-2 years in Electronic parts, Electronic components sales, such as demand management, inventory control, delivery control, Sales Promotion, Marketing and agreement coordinator.
- Strong service, Good attitude, Consulting and customer orientation
- Microsoft Excel , Word , Power point , Outlook (V-lookup and Pivot)
