【Job Description】
-Design and implement Cloud/M365/SASE solutions for enterprise customers. Produce runbooks and architecture diagrams, support presales activities, and ensure standardized, high-quality delivery.
-Tech stack you’ll work with: AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Defender), SASE (Prisma Access / Zscaler)
-Architecture & design with clear technical documentation (diagrams, runbooks)
-Possesses a Product Mindset or has experience similar to a Product Manager and Product Engineer in developing and managing specialized products or solutions (e.g., Security SaaS products, Identity & Access Management).

-26 - 32 years old
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Sceince, Information Technology. or related fields.
-Customer-facing presales/solution work
-Architecture & design with clear technical documentation (diagrams, runbooks
-2–5 years of relevant experience in IT solution development, infrastructure design, or enterprise system integration ands-on experience in implementing Cloud / IT Infra, digital workplace tools, or managed services solutions.
-Proven ability to design and deliver scalable IT solutions that align with business needs and improve operational efficiency
-Certificates of Microsoft, Cisco, Vmware, AWS, Azure certified will be advantage
-Ability to design IT solutions such as Infra as a service, and IT operations platforms with accuracy and scalability in mind.
-Experience in defining solution components including hardware, licenses, and service models (e.g. Managed Services, Monitoring)
-Knowledge in system integration and enterprise IT architecture, with understanding of user experience and business processes.
-Flexible and innovative mindset, with a strong interest in exploring practical use of new technologies
-Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions to business users and stakeholders in a clear and engaging way
-Good command in English
-Good presentation skill.

-Excellent problem-solving, analytical including Root-cause identification skills
