【Job Description】
- Responsible for selling complex manufacturing solutions to clients, ensuring they meet their production needs and improve operational efficiency
- Present basic overview of manufacturing solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Work closely with the engineering and partners to ensure the solutions meet client requirements.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's Degree inIndustrial Engineering, Information Technology. or related fields.
- At least three years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and challenges.
- Sales skill and business planning capability.
- Good command in English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical including Root-cause identification skills
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills

【Allowance & Benefit】
