【Job Description】
1. Support for JMD Locations (Thailand & Laos)
　- On-site medical interpretation
　- Coordination and negotiation with hospitals
　- Support staff operations and manage local issues
2. Staff Management (Thailand & Laos)
　- Shift and annual schedule management
　- Providing instructions and answering questions related to medical care
　- Monitoring complex cases and giving guidance
　- Creating manuals and conducting training for interpreters
　- Training new medical interpreters
3. Overall Management of JMD Operations
　- Collaborate with sales for patient volume control and service quality
　- Consider and set up new JMD locations
　- Participate in meetings with hospital management

【Qualification】
- Japanese: Intermediate, JLPT N3 upper level (JLPT certification is not required must)
- Experience in the Medical or Insurance industry
- Management experience: 3+ years, Managing over 10 staffs
- Own a car, able to travel
- Able to start immediately

- Knowledge and skill in Japanese medical interpretation

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Base Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 THB/month (based on skills)
- Position Allowance: 5,000 THB/month
- Transportation Allowance: 1,500 THB/month
- Language Allowance (JLPT):
N1: 7,000 THB, N2: 5,000 THB, N3: 3,000 THB
- Shift Allowance: 2,000 THB/month
- SSO, Medical insurance
- Annual health checkup
- Bonus (once per year based on company performance)

【Working Hour】
Saturday: Every other Week / 9:00-12:00 (Every Saturday during probation)
Weekdays: 9:00–18:00

> Thailand: (weekdays) 8:00–20:00, (Saturdays) 8:00–17:00
* Shift A: 8:00–17:00 / B: 11:00–20:00 *
> Laos: (weekdays) 9:00–18:00, (Saturdays) 8:00–12:00
