【Job Description】
-Assist and handle overall in HR Administrative and office management a point of contact for employees concerns.
-Prepare and maintain HR related documents and ensure compliance with labor law and company policy.
-Coordinate with external parties such as vendors and government offices and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
【Qualification】
-Female age 30-35 years old
-Bachelor degree major HR or relate fields.
-At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource and GA
-MS Excel and other relevant software
-English comunication, both spoken and written
【Allowance & Benefit】
1)Medical insurance for both health & group life insurance : 1,500THB for OPD which include dental for 6,000THB/year
2)Contact lens at 2,000THB
3)Bonus (2 times per year) : 2 moths in Dec. & the rest in Mar depending on employee & company’s performance
4)Overtime and vacation (7 days for 1st year)
5)Retirement allowance depending on the number of year service
6)Loan for employee who complete 2 years’ service
7)Company trip
