【Job Description】
- Selling properties to Thai customer to get the job done according to the goals set.
- Prepare documents and coordinate between customers and projects. (Only during peak time)
- Collection of real estate listings for resale

Key Responsibilities:
- Selling properties to Thai clients (Using a co-agent) *Use agent of developer subsidiary
- Selling properties to Thai clients (Direct Customer)
- Attracting and selling customers using SNS
- Collection of properties for sale
- Fix specific problems that may occur.
- Plan work, follow up, check, make a report.
- Creation of records for database of resale properties
- Prepare contract documents and transfer ownership.
- Coordinate between customers and decoration company (indefinite)
- Other as assigned.

【Qualification】
- Male-Female, age 24-40 years
- Commission
- English - Conversational Middle to High level
- Japanese - Conversational Middle level (If have)
- Good communication skill
- High motivation and positive character
- Thai speaking only
