【Job Description】
1.Training & Development Specialist
-Analyze Training Needs: Identify skill gaps and development areas within the workforce. This often involves surveys, performance reviews, and discussions with managers.
-Plan and Organize Training Programs: Design and implement both in-house and external training courses, workshops, and e-learning modules. They might also select external vendors.
-Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training on employee performance and organizational goals. This includes measuring participant satisfaction, learning retention, behavior changes, and business results.

2.C&B Specialist (Compensation & Benefits Specialist)
-Analyze and Design Salary Structures: Develop and maintain fair and competitive salary scales, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
-Verify Payroll and Benefits Data: Ensure accuracy in salary payments, bonuses, and other benefits, often working closely with finance departments.
-Plan Salary Adjustments, Bonuses, and Special Compensation: Develop strategies for annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and other incentive programs.
-Conduct Market Benchmarking: Research industry trends and compensation data to ensure the company's offerings are competitive in the labor market.

3.Organization Development Specialist
-Develop Organizational Structure: Design and refine the company's organizational chart and reporting lines to optimize efficiency and support strategic objectives.
-Design Career Path and Succession Plans: Create frameworks for employee growth within the company and identify potential future leaders to ensure business continuity.
-Develop and Evaluate Competency Models: Define the essential skills and behaviors required for success in various roles across the organization and assess employees against these models.

【Qualification】
-Male or Female , age not over 40 years old
-Have experience 3-5 years in related field
-Can communicate in English
-Available to work in Rayong
