Customer Service (Freight Forwarding)

【Location】
Head Office (FYI Center Building) Bangkok, Klongtoey

【Job Description】
‒ Received booking information form customer, place the same information to carrier, release booking confirmation to customer for their export preparation.
‒ Prepare draft B/L for checking and issue the original one by input into Global Distribution System (GDS)
‒ Submit shipping instruction to carrier through GDS or carrier website for issuing Master B/L.
‒ Follow up, checking the expense from carrier in order to prepare invoice to each customer into GDS within time frame.
‒ Prepare job order to messenger to deliver Master B/L, checking the accuracy and completeness of Master B/L to upload into GDS for posting.
‒ Pre - alert to Oversea Agent.
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management or any related field
‒ Attention to documentary, gathering data and follow up.
‒ Good communication skill and problem solving skill.
‒ Good command in English (TOEIC score 650 up)
‒ Ability in Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
