【Job Description】
-Understand and align with company philosophy and manufacturing KPIs
-Supervise extrusion molding production line and execute production plans
-Collect, analyze, and improve based on production data (e.g., yield, defects, cost)
-Plan and implement productivity, quality, and cost improvement measures
-Optimize manufacturing processes and introduce new technologies
-Train and guide manufacturing staff; ensure safety and health compliance
-Collaborate with departments such as QC, R&D, and Sales
-Handle production issues and resolve problems promptly
-Other tasks required

【Qualification】
-More than 5 years of experience in plastic extrusion molding, or equivalent knowledge and experience
-Management experience at a manufacturing site (section manager or equivalent position)
-PC skills (basic operation of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Prefer
-Knowledge and experience of quality management systems such as ISO9001
-Experience in introducing and starting up new equipment
-Experience in small-lot, multi-product production or high-precision product production
-Language skills (business level English or other language)
