Sales Coordinator (English/Chinese Speaking)

【Location】
Head Office (FYI Center Building) Bangkok, Klongtoey

【Job Description】
‒ Manage and support logistics operations including freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance.
‒ Prepare accurate and timely logistics quotations for customers.
‒ Maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
‒ Handle daily communications and job requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
‒ Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
‒ Perform additional tasks as assigned to support business goals.
‒ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
‒ Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, business development, or customer service.
‒ Proficient in Chinese (HSK5+) and English (TOEIC 650+).
‒ Skilled in Microsoft Office.
‒ Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
‒ Target-driven and detail-oriented.
