【Job Description】
- Perform overall production management tasks
- Apply fundamental knowledge of electrical products in daily operations
- Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams
- Analyze and troubleshoot defects in electrical circuits
- Utilize quality analysis techniques such as 5Why and 8D analysis
- Prepare reports in English
- Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
- Set up KPI targets and continuously monitor for improvement
- Lead initial lot production and coordinate startup targets with production teams
- Solve problems related to new models and pre-production quality issues
- Support tasks assigned by supervisors or team leaders
- Follow up and monitor the production plan and its progress
- Any other related jobs

【Qualification】
- 40-45 years old / Male only
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) or related field

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Position Allowance: 14,000
