【Job Description】
- Provide IT Operations support for applications (Miles, Sales force, SAP B1, SQL, Data Warehouse, and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, and Power Automate)
- Respond to resolve user issues related to software applications, and troubleshoot and diagnose problems through various methods
- Data Analyst for business requirements and developing system applications
- Perform SQL programming, including CRUD operations, Stored Procedures, Views, and Functions.
- Support and maintain Data Warehouse and Data Mart for business intelligence and analytics purposes
- Provide support for Power BI and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).
- Prepare, manage, and maintain IT documents
- Provide guidance to users on application functionality and best practices.

【Qualification】
- Aged between 25 – 30 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Programming knowledge: SQL, SQL Server Database
- Experience with Power Apps & Power Automate
- Experience as a Data Analyst for Microsoft Power BI
- Interest or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development for corporate is a plus

After probation 4 months
