Talent Acquisition Supervisor

【Location】 Head Office (FYI Center Building) Bangkok, Klongtoey

【Job Description】
‒ Monitor and manage manpower requisitions to meet current and future hiring needs.
‒ Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assess candidate fit.
‒ Oversee the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and hiring.
‒ Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
‒ Use various tools to assess and evaluate candidates effectively.
‒ Recommend and implement recruitment strategies and tools.
‒ Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events.
‒ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or related field.
‒ Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with proven success.
‒ Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, labor laws, and market trends.
‒ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
‒ Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
‒ High integrity and confidentiality.
‒ Fluent in English (TOEIC 700+).
‒ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
