Import/ Export /Part Sales Staff

【Key Responsibilities】
- Arrange import/export shipments and handle customs and BOI procedures.
- Coordinate overseas shipping, freight, and related documentation.
- Prepare shipment-related documents and liaise with customers.
- Handle bookings and shipping processes (FCL/LCL).
- Track shipments, process invoices, and handle insurance declarations.
- Work with warehouse and part sales teams for packing and commercial invoices.
- Handle documentation and management of BOI applications (new projects, amendments, renewals, benefit approvals)
- Prepare BOI‑related reports (monthly)
- Coordinate with suppliers, customs, BOI, and other relevant agencies.
- Any other related jobs

【Qualification】
- Experience in sales support or logistics (Customs, BOI).
- Good communication, negotiation, and English skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP Software (AX software or FSIB)
- Detail-oriented and able to manage high volumes of documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Highly responsible and a good team player
- Immediate availability to start work will be considered an advantage
