【Job Description】
Sales Responsibilities:
- Understand and present products such as fans, servo motors, UPS, and automation control systems
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage partners or distributors including communication, coordination, and follow-up
- Prepare pricing, quotations, negotiate, and close sales

Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan and analyze target markets such as automation, data centers, medical, or real estate ventilation systems
- Design and execute marketing activities such as roadshows, webinars, exhibitions, and customer training
- Develop sales support materials including company profiles, brochures, case studies, and website or social media content
- Collect customer feedback and analyze market trends to support product development and strategy

【Qualification】
- Age 23-36
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Marketing, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Technical Sales, preferably in electronics, automation, cooling systems, or power supply industries
- Ability to technically present products and build relationships with customers including OEMs, system integrators, industrial factories, and developers
- Proficient in English (Japanese language skills are a plus) – able to listen, speak, read, and write
- Skilled in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, CRM systems, or marketing analytics tools
-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for customer visits

Basic Salary
-Based on our company policy, depend on experience, skills, and so on.

-* OT is included in the basic salary.

-Monday-Friday *Sometimes Saturday, Sunday & Holiday
-8:30 - 17:30 Lunch time 12:30 - 13:30
