【Job Description】
Main: Planning, construction and operation of personnel evaluation systems
-Analyze issues with the current evaluation system and develop improvement proposals
-Design new evaluation criteria (KPIs, competencies, etc.) in line with the company's vision and business strategy
-Introduce the evaluation system, hold internal briefings, and promote its establishment
-Analyze evaluation results and manage the process of reflecting them in salary increases, bonuses, and promotions
-Planning Human resource development plan
-Planning and revision of compensation and employee benefits systems
-Business trip once a week (day trip) to cooperate with group companies in Prachinburi
【Qualification】
-Thai nationality
-Experience in involvement in the design, construction, implementation, or operation of personnel evaluation systems
-Experience managing subordinates
-HR experience in manufacturing industry
