【Job Description】
• Expertise in Thailand’s foreign investment laws, including the Foreign Business Act, BOI incentives, and other FDI-related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to help foreign clients establish or expand their businesses in Thailand by offering practical legal solutions.
• Provide legal advice on various corporate matters such as land and property acquisition compliance, construction compliance, trade compliance, labor compliance, business operation compliance, licensing, and other regulatory matters to ensure smooth navigation through Thailand’s legal environment.

【Qualification】
• Thai lawyer’s license
• Minimum 5 years of legal practice in Thailand
• Fluent in English (Chinese proficiency is a big plus)
• Experience with BOI is preferred
