【Job Description】
-Work closely with outsourced accounting firm by providing necessary documents like receipts and invoices.
-Help prepare for accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
-Manage the company's invoicing, billing, and payment schedules (AR & AP).
-Check and process employee expense reports.
-Handle bank transactions and prepare cash flow reports.
-Support tax (VAT, WHT) and social security (SSO) filings.
-Create simple financial reports for the local manager and Japan HQ.
-Help create and manage internal accounting rules and processes.
【Qualification】
-Must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in an accounting role.
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
-Must have business-level English for meetings and emails with Japan HQ.
-Good skills in Microsoft Excel (using formulas, creating reports).
-A positive attitude and willingness to support the team and company growth.
-Knowledge of Salesforce is a big plus, but not required.
