【Job Description】
-Design, develop, and implement complex, high-performance, and scalable software solutions.
-Deep dive into specific technical areas to become an expert and champion knowledge sharing within the team.
-Lead and mentor engineers, providing guidance and fostering their technical growth.
-Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
-Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, adhering to coding best practices.
-Document code and contribute to technical documentation.
-Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues, implementing effective solutions.
-Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in your area of software engineering expertise.
-Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product team and QA) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
-Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

【Qualification】
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
-5+ years of proven experience in software engineering
-Expertise in a specific domain (e.g., front-end, back-end, distributed systems, security, or data engineering)
-Strong OOP skills and familiarity with languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
-Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
-Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure is a plus)
-Experience with development tools and project management software
-Detail-oriented, organized, and quality-focused
-Able to work independently and take project ownership
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-Good command of English and computer literacy
-(Optional) Japanese language proficiency is a plus

【Allowance & Benefit】
-Diligent Allowance 500-1,000 THB/Month (Not fixed but depend on attendance and will be pay step by step)
-Transportation : 60 THB/Day (Not fixed : but will not pay in case of take leave or holiday.)
-Bonus : 2 time/year- June & Dec (Not fixed: Depend on company profit )
-Provident fund : 5%
