【Job Description】
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure on-time production and shipment
- Manage export procedures to China in collaboration with freight forwarders (no direct customs handling required)
- Liaise with logistics service providers and monitor shipment status
- Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers as needed
- Support sales activities, including communication with Chinese companies based in Thailand
- Deliver presentations about the company to potential Chinese customers in Thailand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese customers both in Thailand and China
- Prepare and manage sales-related documents, quotations, and order confirmations
- Provide internal coordination between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Assist in resolving delivery issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Other tasks assigned

【Qualification】
- Those who can speak Chinese at daily-use level or higher level
- Those who are interested in sales work
- Those who have experience in coordinating with customers
- Those who have experience in coordinating with logistics & forwarding companies
