【Job Description】
-Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure on-time production and shipment
-Manage export procedures to China in collaboration with freight forwarders (no direct customs handling required)
-Liaise with logistics service providers and monitor shipment status
-Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers as needed
-Support sales activities, including communication with Chinese companies based in Thailand
-Deliver presentations about the company to potential Chinese customers in Thailand
-Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese customers both in Thailand and China
-Prepare and manage sales-related documents, quotations, and order confirmations
-Provide internal coordination between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams
-Assist in resolving delivery issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
-Other tasks assigned

【Qualification】
-Those who can speak Chinese at intermediate level or higher level
-Those who are interested in sales work
-Those who have experience in coordinating with Chinese customers
-Those who have experience in coordinating with logistics & forwarding companies
