【Job Description】
-Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) according to applicable standards (ISO9001)
-Oversee document control and ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are up to date.
-Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits; follow up on corrective actions.
-Based on Our Company's Quality Standards, you will oversee all aspects of quality and inspection in tire mold manufacturing, driving quality assurance. You will contribute to achieving quality KPIs such as reducing defect rates and minimizing customer complaints.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Internal Drawing and Plant control to ensure quality is built into every stage of the process.
-Lead or support investigations of customer complaints and implement preventive actions.
-Promote quality awareness and ensure team members are trained in quality standards and procedures.
-Supervise QC operations, including incoming raw material inspections, in-process checks, and final product testing.
-Ensure that the process of inspenction checking is conducted accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with procedures.
-Verify that all QC results meet product specifications before release.
-Ensure proper calibration and maintenance measuring equipment.
-Investigate and resolve non-conformities, deviations, or out-of-specification results.
-Maintain detailed QC records, test results, and sample retention according to company policy.
-Coordinate with the production team to address quality issues in real-time and reduce rework or scrap.

【Qualification】
-Thai Nationality, Male/Female Age 35-42 years old.
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or a related field.
-At least 10 years of experience in QA of Automotive parts.
-At least 5 years of management experience
-Experience in Internal Audit
-Knowledge of ISO
