【Job Description】
■ Sales-related tasks (60–70%)
** No need sales approach to New clients
- Maintain relationship and communication with existing clients (e.g., regarding participation in their training service)
- Observing training sessions and supporting training operations
■ Back-office tasks (30–40%)
- Sending invoices to clients and confirming payments
- Processing expense payments
- Requesting services from the accounting firm
(e.g., sending receipts, requesting preparation of financial statements)
- VISA/WP support for Japanese employees, cordinating with external service providers
【Qualification】
- Age: New graduate ~ 25
- Gender: Female
- Japanese: JLPT N2 level (official certification not required)
** Used for communication with Japanese MD
【Allowance & Benefit】

- Transportation 2,000 / month
- Annual Health check up
- Bonus: 2 times a year (February and August), based on individual and company performance
- Salary raise: 2 times a year (February and August), depending on attendance and capability
【Working Hour】
9.00-18.00
Mon - Fri (No Saturday work)
- Remote work: 1 day per week (After the probation period)
