【Job Description】
- Production Process Management : Oversee the progress of manufacturing processes, primarily focusing on pressing, painting, and welding
- Budgeting and Investment Planning : Develop annual budgets and formulate investment plans
- Business Strategy Development : Create company business strategies aimed at improving profitability and reducing losses
- Quality Management : Handle quality control, respond to issues when they arise, and lead improvement initiatives
- Resource Planning : Develop manpower plans and equipment maintenance schedules
- Customer Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with key customers
- Supplier Management : Provide guidance to suppliers and develop new supplier relationships

【Qualification】
- Gender: Male
- Age: Approximately 40-45 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering field
- Language: English Intermediate level +

- Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience within the manufacturing department of Automotive parts company
[ Metal pressing, Welding, or Cationic electrodeposition ]
2. Minimum 5 years of Management experience in a manager-level within a manufacturing department

【Allowance & Benefits】
- Salary: Approximately 70,000～100,000 Baht/month (Will consider depends on the skill)
** Since it's exclusive position, allowance details will be discussed in the interview.

【Working Hour】
8:00-17:00
Mon-Fri + Every other week Saturday
