【Job Description】
-Manage and control expenses and costs according to established targets, including cost reduction.
-Oversee production quality to meet required standards.
-Monitor production volume in line with established targets.
-Record and report any issues to superiors.
-Identify and implement improvements for workplace safety.
-Be aware of environmental issues and apply sustainable practices in operations.

【Qualification】
-Bachelor’s degree in Textiles or related field.
-Male or Female, aged 40–45 years old.
-At least 10 years of working experience in textiles with strong expertise in the weaving process.
-At least 10 years of management experience.
-Good command of English for communication and reporting to Japanese management (TOEIC 500+).
