【Job Description】
-Implement and assure the enforcement of Company’s human resource related policies, procedures and best practices
-Manage and monitor daily HR operations consistently with the company overall HR objectives, policies, procedures and best practices that comply with relevant Act.
-Coordinate and supervising the HR team to ensure daily smooth operation, meeting the timeline and compliance in all aspects
-Handling of manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance evaluation, training and development, counseling, employee conduct and disciplinary issues
-Handling of employees welfare and benefits operation, formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes
-Other HR related roles assigned by superior as and when required

【Qualification】
-Thai Nationality , age 35 – 45
-Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Political Science, Organizational Psychology, Business Admin. (major in HR management) or related field
-Experience in construction industry is preferable
-At least 3-5 years of HR management experience as Assistant HR Manager
-Payroll skill and knowledge including the social security contribution, personal tax calculation

-Well verse of Thailand Labour Law
-Good in English, oral and writing
