【Job Description】
-Manage and supervise ocean freight pricing activities to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
-Coordinate and negotiate with shipping lines and carriers to secure the best possible freight rates and conditions.
-Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to develop effective pricing strategies.
-Provide accurate and timely freight quotations to internal sales teams and customers.
-Ensure that pricing processes and policies are aligned with company goals and updated regularly.
-Lead and support the pricing team to maintain high performance and continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Procurement.

【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 30-45 Years old.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, International Business,Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ocean freight pricing or freight forwarding.
-Strong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
-Good understanding of international shipping procedures and ocean freight rate structures.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with freight management systems (FMS).
-Good command of English (both written and spoken).
-Leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
