【Job Description】
-Identify and nurture sales opportunities by outbound calling and responding to the inquiries turning leads into loyal customers.
-Showcase our solutions, demonstrating how they solve real-world business challenges
-Provide expert consultation and support to ensure client success and satisfaction
-Conduct engaging product training sessions and offer creative implementation strategies
-Collaborate with other teams to enhance our product and support materials
-Bridge language gaps through translation and localization efforts
【Qualification】
-Bachelor's degree holder
-Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
-2-3 years of B2B sales experience
-preferably in SaaS or technology-related fields
-Have background in Manufacturing industries
-Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed
-Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
-Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving industry
Advantage
-Having experience in the SaaS/Technology-related fields
-Having experience of studying abroad in an English-speaking country
-Having knowledge of Japanese language (JLPT N3)
