【Job Description】
- Preparing online payments for both local and international transactions including tax bill payments
- Preparing payment vouchers related to the accounting and finance department
- Issuing Receipts/Tax Invoices for both local and international transactions
- Responsible for petty cash, advance and reimbursement reports
- Coordinating transactions with banks and handling related activities
- Preparing daily/weekly reports of bank balances and outstanding checks
- Update daily currency exchange rate
- Handling withholding tax, Vat (PND. 3, 53, 54, P.P. 30,36)
- Data entry and processing of the financial records with an updated manner
- Handling bank reconciliation, post-date cheques, cheques on hand and processing accounting transaction related to the reconciliation
- Support other departments by providing information and performing functions related to the job
- Other tasks as assigned by the Finance and Accounting Manager

【Qualification】
- Male or Female age between 28 - 32 years and Thai Nationality only
- Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
- Good Microsoft Office/ Excel skills
- Good knowledge of FX market is considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of cross-border transfers regulation is considered a plus
- Good knowledge of withholding tax and VAT
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with legal obligations and financial regulations
- Able to work under pressure
