【Job Description】
‐Support internal audits of the Thai subsidiary under the direction of the internal auditor from the Japanese parent company
-Review and organize business processes and financial data of the Thai subsidiary
-Collect and organize necessary documents (contracts, accounting books, supporting evidence, etc.)
-Obtain data from each department (accounting, procurement, sales, etc.) and identify audit targets
-Provide regular progress reports and submit required documents to the internal auditor of the parent company
-Detect and report any fraud or irregularities occurring within the Thai subsidiary at an early stage
-Support communication between the Japanese internal auditor and the Thai subsidiary (may include translation work)
-Review accounting materials and profit and loss statements to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
-Evaluate the implementation status of internal controls and propose corrective actions if issues are found
-Check the risk management status of the Thai subsidiary in accordance with the parent company’s audit policy
-Collaborate with the internal auditor from Japan to assist in the development of improvement measures and audit reports as needed
-Assist and attend to visitors from the Japanese headquarters

【Qualification】
Education: Bachelor's degree
Languages: Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and Thai
Experience: Not required
Preferred: Experience in internal audit
