【Job Description】
‐Strengthen governance and build reporting systems in coordination with the Japanese headquarters (parent company)
‐Develop internal rules and business processes in compliance with laws and regulations of both the parent company and the Thai subsidiary
‐Establish, evaluate, and improve internal control systems for IPO (Initial Public Offering) preparation
‐Prepare and submit IPO-related application documents and presentation materials
‐Design and implement internal controls over financial reporting, including J-SOX (Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance
‐Handle internal and external audits, and implement corrective and preventive measures based on audit findings
‐Conduct internal compliance training and manage the whistleblowing system
‐Collaborate with various departments to visualize business processes and support risk management
‐Create and manage relevant internal policies, manuals, and documentation
‐Assist and attend to visitors from the Japanese headquarters

【Qualification】
Education: Bachelor's degree
Languages: Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and Thai
Experience: Not required
Preferred: Experience in business development
