【Job Description】
-Provide technical consultation and support to customers during pre-sales and post-sales stage.
-Customize and configure Minebea Intec Inspection machine and weighing instrument (industrial scales, load cells and process controller) to meet customer-specific application requirement.
-To solve customer’s technical problems in an efficient way pre and post sales.
-Manage and perform onsite machine/equipment installations and services.
-Perform the product training for sales and service, both internal and external.
-Support on the marketing activities, including with datasheets , brochures, and other marketing material to enable the sales and partner.
-Stay up to date with weighing technologies, industry standards and regulations (e.g., Thai central bureau of weigh and measurement, OIML)
-On-site installation and adjustment (service support) of Minebea Intec products, such as tanks, hoppers, and weighing equipment
-Handling technical inquiries

【Qualification】
-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical Engineering, industrial Engineering or related major.
-3-5 years’ experience in the sales and marketing, processing industry, background preferably from packaging industry /machinery equipment.
-Experience in CRM or Ticketing systems are a plus.
-Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
-Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to travel to client’s sites as need, both of overseas and local.
-Electrical knowledge preferred
-Training period will be provided to learn the product knowledge
