【Job Summary】
-As the General Manager of Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets.
-You will drive the success of major projects over the next five years (big model change projects) through strategic long-term customer relationship management, report and coordinate with the Japanese headquarters, and oversee the development and management of the sales team.

【Job Description】
-Take full responsibility for achieving sales and profit targets
-Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to drive long-term project success
-Report and coordinate sales progress, strategies, and challenges with Japanese headquarters in English
-Develop and manage the sales team, including coaching and promotion of staff
-Plan and execute sales strategies based on market and competitor analysis
-Submit proposals and quotations to the Japanese headquarters for approval,and support negotiations with major clients

【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 40-48 Years old.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
-Proven experience in managing sales with full P&L responsibility
-Experience in handling major projects and building strategic customer relationships
-Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with logical thinking
-Experience in team management and staff development
-Business-level English proficiency
-Experience in manufacturing or automotive-related industries
-Experience in Japanese companies
-Japanese language skills (preferred but not required)
-Experience in sales strategy planning or marketing initiatives
-Experience working at a Tier 1 supplier serving OEM customers
