【Job Description】
■Operations Management
Manage all aspects of pop-up store operations, including product sourcing from suppliers, inventory control (stocktaking, goods in/out), and arranging for promotional materials (posters, fixtures).
■On-site Management
Oversee the on-site setup and tear-down of the pop-up stores and manage all related equipment and materials.
■Financial Coordination
Handle sales revenue management, including basic profit/loss reporting, managing on-site cash and change, and coordinating with the accounting department.
■Business Development
Proactively search for and scout new potential locations (e.g., shopping malls, office buildings) and negotiate with tenant managers to secure event space.
■Logistics
Arrange for the shipping and receiving of products and materials. Drive a rental car for transport when necessary.
Support for FDA registration process.
■Administrative Support
Provide support to senior management and ensure smooth and consistent communication (reporting, consulting).
■Future Planning
Contribute to planning and proposing new ideas for future pop-up store events.

【Qualification】
- Nationality: Thai
- Age: Approximately 30 years old
- Gender: Any (While male candidates are slightly preferred due to the nature of the work)

- Language:
Japanese: JLPT N3 level or equivalent is required
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly for securing terms with venue managers and suppliers.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving when needed.
- Excellent communication skills (reporting, consulting).
- A resourceful, flexible, and adaptable personality with strong problem-solving skills.
