【Job Description】
- Manage team with alignment to department policy and company direction.
- Plan and control team to respond according to development request.
- Evaluate team performance and report the progress to superior.
- Support team as a troubleshooting on the job.
- Risk assessment and report to general manager on time.

【Qualification】
- Male/Female, Age 30-35 years old
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering field
- English skill: Business Level (Work Instruction, Standard Method)
- Good communication skill and available to support team upon demand.
- Experienced for air conditioner performance test or electrical or mechanical testing for 3-5 years
- Team managerial experience at least 3 years
- Experience for ISO/IEC 17025
- Familiar to KPI setting and control to achieve
