【Job Description】
- Maintain, support, and develop all IT-related systems, operations, and services to ensure optimal performance of company infrastructure.
- Oversee purchasing and outsourcing related to IT equipment and office supplies.
- Coordinate with IT service providers
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end users.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Configure, monitor, troubleshoot and repair company’s IT equipment (network devices, laptops, , mobile phones, printers)
- Provide training and basic guidance to users on IT systems and applications.
- Manage IT work processes to maximize efficiency.
- Prepare and submit IT-related reports as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or other related fields. (New graduates are welcome to apply).
- Ability to communicate fluently in Thai and well in English.
- Self-motivated, hard-working and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a strong service mindset.
